Specific Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives; perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze structured and unstructured data, assess value, and provide expertise in the production of use cases for consumption by command staff
• Can explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring customers can independently derive insights and make informed decisions
• Foundational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Familiarity of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark)
• Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Required Education/Experience:

• 2+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
• Active DoD Secret clearance which requires US citizenship
• 2+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automation
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillment

Preferred Experience:

• Prior military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activities
• Experience utilizing and applying data visualization tools and techniques
