Works effectively with frequent interruptions. Lifting requirements of 30 lbs. occasionally. Position Overview : Maintaining organization and prioritization in a dynamic environment will require efficiency and effectiveness from the Post-Closing Shipper. These characteristics are pillars of Benchmark’s excellence core value and integral of individuals in this role. The Post-Closing Shipper is responsible for processing and monitoring the delivery and shipment of loans after closing.Ideal candidates for this position will thrive managing multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with strict deadlines. Essential Functions of the Role :
- Organize loans and review documents for discrepancies.
- Track and ship collateral documents to the warehouse bank.
- Deliver loan documents to investors within timelines established by secondary marketing to prevent market adjustments.
- Monitor shipment of loans to warehouse banks and investors.
- Provide high-level research for problems prior to and through the loan delivery process.
- Other duties as assigned.
