About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join Canary's as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for recruiting top talent and ensuring our company attracts, hires, and maintains a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5+ years of experience at fast growing technology companies, and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty while building out the talent acquisition function. This opportunity will provide close interaction with senior leaders. We are an organization that strongly believes in meritocracy and performance. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to create a recruitment process and execute such
• Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels
• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
• Sort and screen candidate resumes
• Schedule phone and in person interviews
• Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
• Utilize, maintain and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes
• Administer pre employment testing as required, check references
• Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Own recruiting agency relationships on behalf of every department
• Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention)

Qualifications

$95,000 - $125,000 a year

The base salary range for this role is $95,000-$125,000 annualized salary. This is subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location. This role may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus and / or equity.
