POSITION SUMMARY :

The Program Finance Officer (PFO) plays a vital role in financial management and stewardship of a diverse portfolio of Multiplier projects. This position is responsible for complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Serving as a strategic partner to project teams, the PFO provides accurate financial data and guidance to support informed decision-making. Additionally, the PFO contributes to organizational leadership by helping shape policies and procedures that accelerate mission outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Financial Advisement & Capacity Building

• Serve as a trusted partner in shaping financial strategy and informed decision-making on resource allocation.
• Provide tailored guidance in alignment with project lifecycle, priorities, and financial health.
• Strengthen project team financial literacy and capabilities in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting.

Workplace & Travel : All employees work from home offices with occasional travel (1-2 times per year) for all-team in-person meetings.

Compensation : Multiplier provides a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive salary ($150,000-160,000 annual salary), excellent medical and dental benefits, retirement savings, and generous vacation and sick leave policy.
