Position : Food Services / Assistant Saif / Assistant Cook / ServSafe / Food Handler Location : St Helena, CA 94574 Pay : $20 / hr The Food Services Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service within the hospital food service environment. Duties include operating the restaurant point-of-sale system as cashier, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities : Operate POS / cash register system efficiently. Stock restaurant and kitchen supplies as needed. Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining and public areas. Deliver quality customer service and respond promptly to patient / staff needs. Maintain compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Education & Experience : High School Diploma or GED : Preferred Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent experience : Preferred Experience : 3 5 years, preferably in a hospital or healthcare food service setting. Licenses & Certifications : ServSafe Certification or equivalent : Preferred (CA & HI)
