Engineering Intern

What Youll Do :

• Complete hands-on training : Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes.
• Optimize equipment shipments : Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing teams to improve the efficiency and volume of material handling equipment shipments.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts : Facilitate communication between Drafting Mechanical Planning and the Shop to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
• Support project engineering : Assist Project Engineers with technical aspects of project work contributing to successful project execution.
• Enhance marketing materials : Work closely with Drafting to create updated marketing images that drive increased market share.
• Study manufacturing processes : Gain a deep understanding of Martins unique manufacturing and support functions identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
