Associate Vice President of Advancement Information Systems and Strategy

Lead Bryn Mawr College’s advancement systems and analytics strategy, driving data-informed philanthropy and innovation during a transformative new chapter. In partnership with Lindauer, Bryn Mawr College is seeking an Associate Vice President for Advancement Information Systems and Strategy to shape the future of data-informed philanthropy and technology strategy during an extraordinary new era for the College.

As a key advisor to the Vice President for Alumnae / i Relations and Development, the AVP will guide a talented team in analytics, prospect development, and advancement services to advance Bryn Mawr’s mission through innovation, insight, and impact.

In this role, you will :

  • Provide strategic leadership across advancement services, data analytics, and prospect development to support ARD and campaign goals.
  • Develop and implement best practices in data governance, analytics, and reporting to enhance performance and inform decision-making.
  • Optimize the Blackbaud ecosystem and related technologies to ensure efficiency, integration, and security.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive donor engagement and campaign strategy.
  • Lead a high-performing team with a spirit of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
