Participant Services Agent

A company is looking for a Participant Services Agent (11 : 30am-8pm EST).

Key Responsibilities

Review, update, maintain, and service client accounts to ensure compliance with industry policies

Answer incoming calls regarding client account and compliance inquiries

Assist management in improving department productivity and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

General understanding of operations and industry regulations

Organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet remote work requirements
