Position : Data Analyst | Business Intelligence Analyst

Location : Kansas City, MO - Onsite

Salary : up to $95,000 base + excellent benefits

Join a thriving, financially strong manufacturing company that’s investing in data to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence. Our client is seeking a Data Analyst | Power BI Developer with experience to help transform raw data into actionable insights that fuel growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures on SQL Server
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, impactful visualizations
  • Ensure accuracy, performance, and security across BI solutions

    • What You Bring :

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL Server
  • Strong skills in T-SQL, DAX, and Power Query
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    • Bonus Skills :

  • Exposure to Azure SQL, Data Factory, SSIS / SSRS
