Title: Computer Operator - Consultant
Location: Columbia SC
On-site/Remote/Hybrid: 5 Days Onsite
Duration: 3-6 Months with possibility of FTE (Direct Hire) based on performance.
Interview Process: First round - Remote followed by in-person for the second round.

Additional Information: Weekend Work Information: System Update Testing occurs occasionally on Saturdays/Sundays - the resource may be required to help with testing 1-2 hours on varied weekends. The testing work is typically remote.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with IT End User Support
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Office Suite
• 2+ years of experience with Printer Support
• 2+ years of experience with Hardware/Laptop Support
• 2+ years of experience with PC Imaging/Building

Preferred Skills

• A+ Certified
• Information Security Exposure
• On-site/In-person IT Support
• MS Teams
• Asset Management
• Help Desk Ticketing System (ITSM)
• Banking, finance, legal, judicial or accounting background would be a plus
