Shift A Disc Assembler

Join our team as a Shift A Disc Assembler, working on a dynamic assembly line. You'll be responsible for snapping plastic discs together using your hands or a small tool, operating machines that apply foil, laminate, and add labels and barcodes. You'll also perform visual inspections at multiple points along the assembly line to ensure quality.

Responsibilities :

• Mechanical assembly of discs using hands and simple tools.
• Perform visual inspection of products at multiple stages.
• Create labels for the DISC device.
• Operate instruments to laminate and seal products.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanroom operations.
• Aseptic gowning in a bunny suit and adhere to cleanroom protocols.

Work Environment :

The work takes place in a cleanroom environment, requiring aseptic gowning, including wearing coveralls, booties, gloves, hairnet, safety glasses, and face masks. You will work closely with colleagues within 3 feet on the assembly line.

Additional Information :

$21.50 / hr. Shift A (1st shift) : CONTRACT through the end of the year. Possible Contract To Hire, but no promises Monday-Thursday : 5 : 00am - 3 : 30pm (4 x 10 schedule) 8 REG and 2 Overtime. Must be Flexible to work 15-30 min of Overtime per day. Must be Flexible to work Fridays. (occasionally)

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Cypress, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
