As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following: VIP undergraduate campus rep recruitment & hiring Campus Rep Management International campus rep program development Social media management Planning and overseeing new market initiatives Alumnus Advisor curation and management Finding and developing new markets and improving Increase value of current customers while attracting new ones Attending conferences, meeting, and industry events Brand partnerships

Requirements Campus Rep Management Experience Willing to Travel (25%) Past Greek Life Leadership Well versed and demonstrated skills campus rep management An understanding of the group travel and hospitality industry Recruitment and Hiring experience Creative problem solver with the ability to make decisions independently Computer and Internet-savvy Experience in social media management Experience in sales & marketing Strong communication skills Ability to manage complex projects Excellent organizational skills Citizen / Permanent Resident of the United States or Canada
