Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst responsible for project management and configuration services for client software deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide project management and configuration services throughout the implementation lifecycle

Educate clients on software capabilities and manage client onboarding activities

Manage stakeholder communications and proactively identify and resolve issues during the deployment cycle

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience

Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems

Teamwork attitude with flexibility to manage various responsibilities

Effective presentation skills for remote group interactions

Knowledge of customer service principles and strong organizational skills
