Electrical Maintenance Technician- Week Nights

We are currently hiring a Week Night Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician at our Goodyear, AZ manufacturing facility. In this role, you will work independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both mechanical and electrical components of our production and facility equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Take the lead in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, including bagger machines, motors, AC / DC drives, fryers, packaging machines, PLCs, extruders, and more.
• Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and optimal performance.
• From schematics to hands-on repairs, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all types of mechanical and electrical systems, including bagger machines, HVAC systems, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Use iPads and maintenance tracking software to log repairs, track equipment history, and keep detailed records for audits.
• Follow and enforce all food safety, GMP, and OSHA guidelines, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll also support the 5S process to ensure best practices in housekeeping.
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure issues are quickly addressed, minimizing downtime and optimizing production flow.
