Garage Door Installer – Technician

Location : Rifle, CO

Trade Up to a Career with Stability and Growth

3 years experiance required

Bailey’s Garage Doors & More, Inc., a leader in garage door installation across Western Colorado, is seeking a Garage Door Installer – Technician to join our expanding crew. This position supports our service area around Rifle, CO . If you’re a hands-on technician ready for steady work, great pay, and a family-run environment, we’d love to meet you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $30–$45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
  • Steady, year-round work with opportunities for overtime
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Supportive, family-oriented work environment

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday (7 : 30am – 5 : 00pm)

    • Responsibilities

  • Install and repair garage doors, openers, and related components
  • Inspect job sites and take accurate measurements for installations
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and company standards

    • Qualifications

  • Prior experience in garage door installation or repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
