Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PC-DMIS - Hexagon CMM Programmer located in Centennial, CO. The CMM Programmer will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure the accuracy of parts produced. Daily tasks include developing and validating CMM programs, performing measurements and inspections, and ensuring calibration and quality control of hardware. The Programmer will work closely with the manufacturing and quality teams to maintain the highest standards of precision and compliance in our production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hand Tools, Metrology, and Calibration to ANSI Z540.3 standards within an AS9100 environment
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection processes
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience with PC-DMIS software and CMM programming
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing required
• Experience specifically with turbo-machinery and rotating hardware is a plus
