Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist :

Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Collaborate with PTAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home care plans.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and evidence-based practices.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of PT experience.

Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain).

Current BLS certification.

Strong patient-care, assessment, and communication skills.
