Pay: $16.50–$19.00/hr

We're expanding our Repair Line team and looking for Repair Technicians who can handle basic to intermediate troubleshooting on a variety of consumer electronics. If you have some hands-on repair experience and enjoy figuring out what's wrong with devices, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll check, test, and repair different consumer devices such as:

• Sound bars

• Monitors

• Routers

• Air purifiers

• Speakers

• Other common electronics (phones, tablets, small devices)

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify issues with a variety of electronic devices
• Perform simple to moderate repairs, part replacements, and assembly work
• Use basic hand tools and testing tools during repairs
• Complete software resets, simple updates, or basic troubleshooting steps
• Record repair details and update job status in the system
• Follow quality guidelines to ensure each device is repaired correctly
• Communicate with the team when there are repeated issues or concerns
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and follow safety procedures

Qualifications & Preferred Traits

• Some experience repairing or troubleshooting electronics (personal or professional)
• Comfortable using basic tools and testing equipment
• Ability to follow repair steps and learn new processes
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and stay organized
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
