This full time position is onsite and will need 5 plus years in the manufacturing industry. This is a true generalist position doing all aspects of HR. Will need knowledge of benefits, payroll, compensation, recruiting, compliance, employee engagement, and employee relations. Responsibilities :

• Manage all facets of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR functions.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and resolutions to workplace issues.
• Administer compensation and performance management programs to support organizational goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires.
• Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paycor, to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Monitor and manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR policies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems like Paycor, with the ability to manage data effectively.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Expertise in benefits administration, payroll management, and compensation strategies.
• Solid understanding of employee engagement and performance management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with employees at all levels.
