Patent Prosecution Associate / Patent Agent – Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics #20391

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have prior patent prosecution experience, including application drafting and will have a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field. Knowledge and experience with other forms of IP are a plus. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities. Associate candidates must be barred in the state in which they will work. All candidates must be registered with the USPTO.
