Bilingual Buyer (English/Spanish)

Job Summary
The Buyer will be responsible for purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires daily communication in both English and Spanish and works closely with vendors, logistics, and operations to support an efficient supply chain.

Salary: $70,000 annually
Location: South Florida (must reside locally)
Language: Bilingual Requirement: English & Spanish – REQUIRED (must speak, read, and write both languages fluently)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders for required materials
• Follow up daily on open and pending orders using tracking systems
• Communicate with vendors in English and Spanish to ensure on-time deliveries
• Review contracts, deliveries, and invoices to confirm accuracy and compliance
• Analyze costs and negotiate pricing with suppliers
• Expedite deliveries when needed to meet deadlines
• Forecast purchasing needs based on business demand
• Lead bidding processes to ensure competitive pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Work closely with logistics and operations teams
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years of purchasing experience in the Nutraceutical industry (REQUIRED)
• Bilingual English & Spanish – REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused
