Sales Representatives — Farmers Insurance | Orange County, CA

Overview

Farmers Insurance agencies across Orange County are hiring Sales Representatives to grow their teams. If you’re driven, competitive, and want a career with real income potential, this role puts you on a fast path to success in insurance sales with training, mentorship, and brand power behind you.

  • Educate customers on Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance
  • Prepare quotes, explain coverage, and close new business

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Motivated by performance and income
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred

    • Qualifications

  • CA P&C license preferred (not required, licensing assistance available)
  • Based in or near Orange County, CA

    • Compensation

  • Typical range : $60,000–$110,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)
  • Top performers often earn $90,000–$120,000+
