Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Manufacturing Engineer in GA Dimensional Engineering who thrives on quality and precision. Based 100% onsite in either Tempe or Casa Grand, Arizona, this role entails ensuring all manufactured parts and assemblies meet specific dimensional specifications and quality standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing functional and cost-effective fixtures, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and integrating GD&T requirements into manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, CAD models to ensure correct measurements and tolerances in production.
• Design fixtures that align with the assembly line's process flow and ergonomics.
• Recommend and evaluate design and process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, validate, and incorporate Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to minimize impacts on final assembly s quality and performance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, STEM or related field, or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dimensional engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar).

Required Industry Experience:

• Experience in the Manufacturing sector, specifically with advanced metrology tools and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is highly desirable.
