Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional customer support through various communication channels

Analyze customer issues and contribute to knowledge management for future support

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance product knowledge

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, or computer science

Minimum of 2 years' experience in support services and analysis

Experience in supporting non-technical software users

Familiarity with modern service management practices and systems

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
