Image Analysis Scientist

A company is looking for an Image Analysis Scientist to support the R&D team with image analysis and software development.

Key Responsibilities

Improve software pipelines and workflows for medical image algorithm development

Train and evaluate machine learning models while optimizing code for performance

Conduct quantitative analysis of datasets to evaluate algorithm performance and identify improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline

Proficient in Python and / or MATLAB

Exposure to scientific computing and machine learning libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn

Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and image processing libraries such as OpenCV

Strong analytical skills and ability to document work clearly
