Accounting Manager

Our client provides services to businesses. They are creating a national network of world-class service providers united by a shared commitment to providing the highest levels of technical knowledge with superior service. The Company has already completed over 15 acquisitions in the last few years and has a national footprint. Operating revenues are over 200 million annually and they are owned by prestigious private equity firm. The Company is located in Canton, Ma and the team is expected to be in office 3 days a week.

The Accounting Manager will be involved in the preparation of financial statements and manage the month, quarter and year-end close procedures. The range of responsibilities includes everything from day-to-day accounting tasks to supporting financial audits and performing special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own month-end close process, financial reporting deadlines, and preparation of variance analysis with an emphasis on operating

results, including margin analysis

timely and accurate manner

Support in guiding other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to

operational issues. Partner closely with the Controller to support business initiatives
