Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to promote professional growth and collaboration.

Oversee and maintain high medical standards and consistent patient care.

Develop and implement clinical protocols and treatment guidelines.

Cultivate a culture of teamwork open communication and respect across the practice.

Partner with management to support operational goals and ensure hospital success.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree.

Eligible for veterinary licensure in Maine.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
