Job Summary
We are seeking a high-end finish carpenter with a strong eye for detail and pride in precision craftsmanship. This role requires advanced experience with interior finishes including custom cabinetry installation, trim and molding, door and hardware installation, cased openings, paneling, and fine millwork. The ideal candidate understands tight tolerances, clean reveals, level and plumb installations, and produces clean, consistent results without supervision. You must be reliable, organized, respectful in occupied spaces, and capable of working from plans, elevations, and design intent. Experience in high-end residential and commercial interiors is required, along with professional tools and a commitment to quality over speed.
