Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other required records
- Determines method and mode of shipment to customer requirements
- Assembles and packs product containers, prepare and affix shipping labels. Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage
- Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Inputs daily received and shipped items in computer ERP system
- Receives parts from Quality Inspection and place in designated stock area
- Inputs daily received and stocked parts into computer ERP system
- Notifies Cost Accounting department of adjustments
- Research discrepancies in actual stock versus requested stock
- Responsible for cycle counts or stock inventory
- Uses scale to measure and count parts
- Works with production team to issue additional parts as needed
- Reviews processes for continuous improvement opportunities
- Pulls kits for all product classes

Pay Range : $41,600.00 - $49,920.00 [per hour]
Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
