About the Role

STRIDE Fitness Huntington Beach is hiring an experienced, high-energy Certified Personal Trainer with strong group fitness coaching experience to lead our signature split-room classes.

Each class includes members on treadmills and members on the strength floor at the same time. Coaches lead both sides simultaneously while delivering clear cueing, motivation, and coaching adjustments throughout the class.

This role is ideal for coaches who love leading from the front, feeding off the rooms energy, and building a loyal following.

What Youll Do

Coach 55-minute treadmill and strength-based group fitness classes
Confidently manage and motivate both sides of the room simultaneously
Deliver clear verbal cueing in a loud, music-driven environment
Provide progressions and modifications for all fitness levels
Create an inclusive, welcoming, and high-energy experience
Build strong relationships with members and use names consistently
Inspire first-time guests and help drive STRIDE Fitness membership growth
Represent STRIDE Fitness with professionalism and enthusiasm
Participate in STRIDE Fitness events, challenges, and community initiatives

Qualifications

Active Certified Personal Trainer certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
Proven group fitness coaching experience
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Comfortable coaching in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
CPR/AED certification preferred
Reliable transportation
Must live within a 30-minute commute of the studio
