Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic placement of complex commercial accounts and bespoke solutions

Cultivate and maintain relationships with underwriters and decision-makers at various carriers

Design and execute market strategies aligned with client risk profiles and objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or risk placement

Expertise in negotiating with admitted and non-admitted carriers, especially in specialty lines

Strong understanding of alternative risk solutions, including captives and structured programs

Proven ability to influence client strategy and deliver innovative insurance outcomes
