Online Marketing Analyst in Newport Beach, CA

We’re seeking an experienced Online Marketing Analyst to join our team in Orange County. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketing professional who thrives on creating and optimizing digital campaigns that convert. You’ll work directly with our diverse client portfolio, managing Meta advertising campaigns and automated email marketing programs that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization

Develop and manage automated email marketing campaigns using MailChimp (or similar platforms), including segmentation, A / B testing, and workflow automation

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results

Create detailed performance reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and email content

Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities

Work cross-functionally with our web development and content teams to ensure campaign alignment

Location & Work Requirements

This is an in-person position based in our Orange County, California office. Remote work is not available for this role.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience

in digital marketing with demonstrable results

Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite

and Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and optimization

Strong experience with MailChimp

or similar email marketing automation platforms (Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.)

Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or professional services marketing

Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation integration

Experience with A / B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization

Meta Blueprint or similar digital marketing certifications
