[job_card.job_description]Strong data analysis and reporting skills Experience with technical writing and documentation updates Ability to track deviations root cause analysis and corrective action plans Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple departments Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience with ETQ systems (Document Control and CAPA) Power BI experience Quality management or process capability reporting experience Background in science engineering or data-focused disciplines Technical troubleshooting skills Support analysis of process and activity capability including tracking performance standards conformity and compliance Collect analyze and report attribute and process statistical data in collaboration with project managers Work with project administrators to confirm compliance with predefined internal Corning formats Document track and close deviations including root cause and corrective action plans Capture and publish meeting minutes and action items from run-to-standard governance meetings Support document audits updates and creation of new quality and process documentation 2 years of college education required; Associate or Bachelors degree highly preferred Science engineering or data-focused education preferred Strong computer skills including Word Excel Outlook; Power BI highly preferred Ability to perform manual non-desk activities such as visiting departments (e.g. shipping) to collect information Must be comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple teams
