This position provides faculty / student support, logistical and scheduling support, and office support for the UIC College of Nursing Urbana Regional Program Site.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Faculty and Student Support

• Serves as primary support for faculty. Formats, proofs, copies, and prepares exams and other materials. Provides proctoring services for student disability accommodations. Prepares rosters for course coordinators and clinical instructors.
• Assists Program Advisor with maintenance of student files and internal databases for high school recruitment, prospective students, alumni, clinical agency / medical facility partners. Follows up with students on missing application, registration, and clinical requirements. May assist with application and transcript reviews.
• Coordinates student registration by providing students with course schedule and Course Reference Number (CRN). Troubleshoots student registration issues (account holds, permit issues, etc.).
• Assists Program Director with biennial simulation lab inventory. Assists lab coordinator with ordering supplies for simulation lab. Responsible for setup and takedown for simulations and other lab activities.
