Mental Health Counselor – Remote | NC Licensed

Location : Remote (Must be licensed in North Carolina)

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range : $35–$50 / hour (based on experience and caseload)

Setting : Outpatient | Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults

My client, a growing and mission-driven virtual behavioral health provider, is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join their remote therapy team. This is a flexible, client-centered role supporting pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations experiencing challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction, and depression.

Responsibilities :

Deliver telehealth therapy services to a diverse patient caseload

Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation

Collaborate with care teams as needed to support integrated care

Qualifications :

Active NC license : LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT , or equivalent

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work

1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth preferred)

Excellent communication, time management, and EMR documentation skills

Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
