    What you will do as a Math Instructor STEM College Student :

  • Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
  • Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
  • Teach in-center and / or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

    • What we are looking for in a Math Instructor STEM College Student :

  • Passion for math and education helping students build confidence and mastery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to connect with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow through ongoing training
  • Math proficiency through at least Algebra II (Statistics or Calculus strongly preferred)
  • Reliability, professionalism, and ability to work as part of a team
  • College-level coursework in math, education, or STEM is highly desirable
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 3-7PM

    • As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
