Must be an expert net worker who creates deep and meaningful connections and who will work to become a trusted resource for your book of business. Position Overview :

Manages relationships with current customers and referral sources. Prospects for additional revenue opportunities.

The Position Entails :

• Territory and sales funnel management
• Growing and nurturing the network to generate warm introductions
• Communicating with referral sources and customers on job-related matters
• Conducting monthly sales calls with existing referral sources and prospects
• Presenting to prospective and existing customers
• Holding job file reviews
• Facilitating continuing education (CE) opportunities
• Participating in and hosting networking and association events
• Utilizing and maintaining activity in the company CRM

The Ideal Candidate Will Have These Characteristics :

Compensation Package : Experienced candidates can expect a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. Performance-based commissions are paid on revenue generated by the salesperson once accounts are paid in full.
