ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify vendor invoices for accracy, authorization and proper coding.
• Schedule and Process payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure that all invoices are paid and accounted for.
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Do the daily bank deposit.
• Other duties as needed.

Education and / or Experience

A highschool degree and some college or 1-5 years of accounting office experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required. Organization, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Financial Software, An Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Verbal Communication

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License)
