ABOUT THE ROLE :
Skechers is seeking a ServiceNow ATF (Automated Testing Framework) Engineer. ServiceNow setup at Skechers is on a single development instance that supports multiple development groups – both internal and external - resulting in update sets and configuration clashes. This person must be very experienced with ServiceNow, the ITSM suite, and a multi-portal environment. The person will work with both internal and external development teams and should be able to manage manual and automated ServiceNow-prescribed DevOps and ATF Modules on the ITSM SKU.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Identify essential functionality per process / application within each of the Skecher’s existing suites, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and front-end UI Portal.
- Create modular ATFs to validate the essential functions.
- Ability and knowledge to package tests into suites.
- Will be responsible for monitoring and logging defects in a detailed, understandable, and reproducible way using the ServiceNow defect module and reporting to the development team – internal or external.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the ATF application during operations and upgrades.
- Experience liaising with groups of people across several geographies
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Validate data flow throughout application workflow (end-to-end).

Education in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.Minimum of 3+years of hands-on development experience working with the ServiceNow Platform as an ATF Engineer.Experience in the IT Service Management domain or in ITIL is a plus.ServiceNow Admin (CSA) certification is a plus, but if a suitable candidate does not have one, the expectation is to have this completed within a year. We will meet all the training requirements.ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus, not mandatory.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus, not mandatory.ITIL Foundations certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
