Senior Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our Group finance team. In this role, you will be supporting our Group Marketing teams with their budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and business strategy, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. This is an On-Site Hybrid role, being in person Tuesday through Thursday.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
• Primary Finance Support for Group Marketing including monthly expense reporting, Cost Center management, Purchase Order tracking, Accrual entries, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes.
• Conduct Global margin analysis to evaluate profitability and cost efficiency for multiple Franchises.
• Utilize predictive metrics to forecast future financial performance and support strategic planning.

You will identify business/financial process improvement opportunities, support monthly financial reporting, and engagement with finance management to provide financial visibility to the business for decision making; implement approved plan and monitor financial results in accordance with targets. It will be critical to build strong relationships with business partners and to research / respond timely and accurately to all business partners’ inquiries.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise with PowerQuery.
• Experience with financial software applications, Oracle EPB preferred.

Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $144,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
