Responsible for the efficient operation of the Medical Center and is responsible administratively in the absence of senior leadership. Provides administrative and clinical supervision for the medical center activities during assigned shift.

Serves as the central problem solving resource for the medical center during assigned shift for issues that may include : Coordination between service areas, internal and external. Availability of personnel, supplies, and equipment. Safety and cleanliness of the facility and environment. Patient and / or family complaints. Responding to all crisis or calls for assistance. Patient assessment. Staff performance and delivery of care.

Schedule Weekend Package-Full Time Reduced 32 hours Fri-Sat-Sun

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license recognized by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing
• Two years of staff nurse experience including critical care
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
