What Youll Do :

The Turnaround Planner is responsible for reviewing and preparing work orders developing efficient job plans coordinating materials and resources and maintaining accurate documentation in SAP / CMMS. Ensures all safety requirements are met collaborates with various teams for project planning and execution provides support during shutdown activities and verifies post-execution tasks are completed. Continuously updates and archives job plans to promote safe high-quality and timely project completion. The Turnaround Plannerreports to the site Maintenance Work Process Leader.

What Were Looking For :

• Safety & Quality Assurance : Incorporate safety information and requirements solicit feedback from completed jobs and utilize best practices and subject matter experts to optimize plans and support reliability.
• Order Review & Preparation : Review work orders for completeness gather all required information and ensure documentation meets standards before progressing through workflow systems.
• Job Planning : Conduct field assessments develop efficient job plans and prepare comprehensive job packages with reference documentation to ensure safe quality and productive execution.
• Resource & Material Coordination : Identify and communicate long lead materials and resources obtain material quotes coordinate with material specialists and monitor material availability to meet project timelines.
• System & Documentation Management : Input and maintain work order data in SAP / CMMS update user statuses record job plan details and archive validated plans for future use.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams including Gatekeepers Schedulers Material Coordinators and Specialty Contractors to coordinate planning scheduling and execution.
• Execution Support : Provide planning and guidance during project execution facilitate work completion and adapt plans for discovery work as needed.
• Post-Execution Activities : Archive updated job plans verify post-execution tasks such as instrumentation checks insulation installation and scaffolding removal.
