Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic support and guidance on key deliverables and customer requests for existing business
Communicate and document the value delivered and ROI for renewals and existing business
Proactively educate stakeholders on new services and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall working experience in the biopharma or adjacent health technology industry
5+ years in a client-facing role as a consultant or life sciences data / software / service provider
Prior experience in sales or delivery of data / software / consulting services
Impeccable project management skills and the ability to influence without authority
Extensive experience with structuring client deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
