We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an opportunity for a Foreclosure Specialist with a national law firm that supports financial institutions.

The position is a long-term, temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Foreclosure Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Entering mortgage details and related data into the case management and client systems.
• Working within vendor-related software to update and maintain accurate case information.
• Ensuring the Note has been properly endorsed.
• Reviewing mortgage terms to determine any required pre-foreclosure notices and ensuring all letters comply with those terms.
• Preparing and packaging documents for compliance review.
• Assisting with the Real Estate Closing process and related file management.
• Monitoring all tasks due in the case management and / or client systems daily, ensuring timely completion or providing valid reasons for any necessary reprojections.

Required qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate Range : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
