Job Full Description

A rapidly growing collection agency is looking for career-oriented Collections Representatives to work in their Green Bay, WI Location! The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting missed and / or outstanding payments. A qualified Collections Specialist will have excellent software and computer skills, great communication skills, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Collections Specialist Job Highlights :

  • Pay is $17.00 / hour
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday :
  • Monday - Thursday 9am - 5 : 30 pm, one day needs to be 10 am - 6 : 30 pm you choose the day, Fridays 8 am - 4 : 30 pm. No WEEKENDS! NO HOLIDAYS!
  • Evaluation-to-hire, meaning the company is looking for a long-term fit!

What you will be doing :

  • Achieving agreed collection rates from clients
  • Contacting clients daily via telephone, email to achieve call targets
  • Negotiate arrangement
  • Keeping accurate and complete records of all customer contact within internal systems
  • Work directly with colleagues, Account Management team, and other internal support groups to achieve goals
  • Other duties as assigned

    • What they are looking for :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Confident phone skills are a must
  • Strong organization skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work to achieve goals and targets set
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with difficult customers / clients
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Dependability and punctuality are a must
  • Bilingual in Spanish / Hmong is a plus and would earn you a $1 more per hour.
