Our client in Irving, TX is looking for a sharp and highly organized Operations Support Coordinator to assist a team of six engineers and technicians. This is not an entry-level position, it requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn complex processes. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring top-tier service delivery. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of administrative coordination experience and a professional maturity with a proactive mindset. Requirements :
- Five or more years of experience in operations management
- Proven experience in managing teams, improving operational processes and driving business growth
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Sharp problem-solving skills focused on results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems etc.
Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
Benefits :
Salary / Pay Rate : $60,000 - $80,000
