Burgess is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role focuses on digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, event marketing, and campaign coordination to strengthen brand awareness and support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Design & Digital Marketing (50%)
- Create marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, digital ads, and social media graphics
- Develop content for websites, social media platforms, and digital campaigns
- Design sales enablement materials to support business development
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity
Event Marketing & Tradeshow Management (25%)
Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and marketing eventsCoordinate event logistics, exhibits, promotional materials, and vendor communicationOrganize client appreciation events and award programsMarketing Strategy & Campaign Support (20%)
Support marketing strategy, market growth, and lead generation initiativesExecute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and mass communicationsManage social media content, scheduling, and engagementSupport public relations and brand awareness initiativesWrite and distribute press releases, blog posts, white papers, and marketing contentAdminister customer surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvementMarketing Administration (5%)
Manage promotional items, swag inventory, and marketing materialsTrack and manage the marketing budget and expensesMaintain and update the company website and report on web analytics and performanceProvide general administrative support as neededFollow company policies and perform other duties as assignedOccasional travel may be requiredQualifications
EducationBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or in a similar role.
