Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Job Locations: Deer Park, TX 77079
Job Duration: 1 Year Contract (Possibility of going full-time)

Contract Terms: W2
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Certification/Degree Requirements:

• COHN Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive occupational health services in accordance with Client Health protocols and industry best practices.
• Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adapting approaches to meet local and individual needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in occupational health, including ergonomics, disability management, and workplace accommodations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential occupational health records in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide direct care, assessment, and treatment for work-related illnesses or injuries.
• Collaborate with asset specialists, safety teams, and central health resources to address workplace health concerns.
• Implement and promote health and wellness programs to enhance employee well-being.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, workplace safety principles, and environmental health regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license to practice in Texas.
• Proven occupational health nursing experience, preferably within a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment.
• COHN certification (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) preferred.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA requirements and workplace safety regulations.
