Solution Architect - HR Applications

Salary : $80,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor HCM
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Infor WFM
• Proficiency in Birst reporting and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of payroll systems such as ADP, Tress, and others
• Demonstrated integration experience using APIs, ION, and file-based transfers
• Solid knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in Infor HCM or WFM are preferred
• Background in cloud migrations or global workforce solutions is a plus
• Familiarity with identity management, ERP platforms, and service management tools

Responsibilities :

Define and uphold the architectural roadmap for HR business applications

Lead the design of solutions using Infor HCM, WFM, Birst, IPA, BPM, and payroll systems

Develop and sustain integrations through APIs, middleware, ETL, and events

Oversee HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and analytics

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Infor HCM / WFM, managing lifecycle and optimization

Improve data governance and reporting using Birst analytics

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to implement technology solutions

Provide guidance and leadership for third-party / vendor work within HCM
