[job_card.job_description]Support hardware service team by managing cloud browser-based safety applications (Browz, ISNet World, Sphera, TAPPISafe, DISA) and documentation that demonstrate our service team members meet the site-entry safety requirements to complete scheduled contracted services. Work directly with customers to verify our safety programs and OSHA records meet their requirements and continual evolving requirements. Tracking personnel site hours to meet Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) above ground regulations. Assess, track and schedule individual safety training to meet yearly goals and site entry requirements. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Other responsibilities include reviewing contract specifications and requirements, occasionally creating service proposals, and completing instruments quality assurance tests report. This position requires rare occasional travel, which will be no more than 10% of the time. Associate degree (AA / AS) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, four-year occupational safety degree a plus. Three to five years of related experience and / or training. Proficiency and working knowledge of : Browz, ISNet World, Sphera, TAPPISafe, DISA safety programs. Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Dynamics CRM. Ability to control and resolve high pressure situations quickly and efficiently.

- Hours : Monday – Friday
